How many courts are there?
We have six high quality and well maintained squash courts including two glass backs, one with spectator seating. The balcony area has recently been refurbished, modernising the whole area.
How do I get involved?
There is plenty of social play through the leagues, various tournaments, club nights and group coaching. Our online booking system makes it easy to arrange a game with other members and the bar is open every evening to retire to after a hard knock! (Bar opening hours: Mon-Sun 4pm – 10pm)
How do I get on court and what does it cost?
We operate an online booking system for courts. Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
The booking fee is £3 for 40 minutes (£2 off-peak). If you add an opponent(s) to the booking the fee will be shared between you (provided they check in). Lights will come on automatically at the allotted time (plus 3 minutes either side).
For detailed booking rules please see the court booking information
Do you operate leagues?
We operate internal box leagues for both squash and racketball which are free to join. They prove extremely popular with around 100 people in the squash leagues and approximately 50 in the racketball leagues. They allow members to play a variety of people each month and introduces a more competitive element to playing. To enter the leagues just contact the league organisers:
Squash: Dawn Ashford dashfor7@jaguarlandrover.com
Racketball: Tom Jones t.jones109@btinternet.com
If you are unsure of which league you are in just ask one of the coaches, or a new member mentor to have a hit with you to assess where would be a good place for you to start. Or alternatively you can attend our club night sessions (5:30-7pm on Sundays for racketball and 6:30-8pm on Friday for squash) which is another excellent opportunity to meet members in a friendly environment.
Can I join a team?
We currently field 3 men’s and 2 women’s squash teams and a racketball team across the Warwickshire leagues. The men’s teams usually play on Monday evenings and are always happy for the support of members. 1st team games are always advertised so come down and watch some top quality squash for no cost.
If you would like to get involved with the teams, drop us an email (squash@ktscc.co.uk) and we can put you in touch with the right people to see where you would position in the rankings.
Are there any tournaments played?
